TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of health status on both specific and nonspecific speed measures was examined, and health status had little or no moderating effects on the relations between age and measures of processing speed.

Item analyses of memory differences.
TL;DR: This study illustrates how analyses of variance with item as one of the factors, and memorability analyses in which item accuracy in one group is plotted as a function ofitem accuracy in another group, can provide a more detailed characterization of the nature of group differences in memory.
