Optical control of exciton spin dynamics in layered metal halide perovskites via polaronic state formation
Sean A. Bourelle,Franco V. A. Camargo,Soumen Ghosh,Timo Neumann,Tim Van De Goor,Ravichandran Shivanna,Thomas E. Winkler,Giulio Cerullo,Felix Deschler +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the impact of strong coupling on the spin relaxation of excitons in the layered perovskite BA2FAPbI7 using a combination of cryogenic Faraday rotation and transient absorption spectroscopy, and reported an unexpected increase of the spin lifetime by two orders of magnitude at 77 K under photoexcitation with photon energy in excess of the exciton absorption peak.
Motional Narrowing Effects in the Excited State Spin Populations of Mn-Doped Hybrid Perovskites.
Jonathan Zerhoch,S. Bodnar,James E Lerpinière,Shang-En Liu,Timo Neumann,Barbara Sergl,Markus W. Heindl,Andrii Shcherbakov,Ahmed Elghandour,Rudiger Klingeler,Alison B. Walker,Felix Deschler +11 more
TL;DR: Motional narrowing effects on excited state spin populations in Mn-doped hybrid perovskites increase spin relaxation lifetimes by a factor of 3.
