Mimicry of the proton wire mechanism of enzymes inside a supramolecular capsule enables β-selective O-glycosylations
TL;DR: In this paper , a supramolecular resorcin[4]arene capsule has been shown to enable catalytic and highly β-selective glycosylation reactions.
Supramolecular Capsule-Catalyzed Highly β-Selective Furanosylation Independent of the SN1/SN2 Reaction Pathway.
TL;DR: The resorcin[4]arene capsule was found to catalyze β-selective furanosylation reactions for a variety of different donors, such as α-d- and α-l-arabinosyl-, α-L-fucosyl, α-D-ribosyl), α-Ribosyl and αD-Xylosyl as discussed by the authors .

Decoded fingerprints of hyperresponsive, expanding product space: polyether cascade cyclizations as tools to elucidate supramolecular catalysis
Hao Chen,Tianyou Li,Naomi Sakai,Céline Besnard,Laure Guénée,Marion Pupier,Jasmine Viger-Gravel,Konrad Tiefenbacher,Stefan Matile +8 more
TL;DR: Decoded product fingerprints support that the involved epoxide-opening polyether cascade cyclizations are directional, racemization-free, and interconnected, at least partially, and the discovery of unique characteristics for all catalysts tested would not have been possible without decoded cascade cyclization fingerprints.

Reactivity Comparison of ω-Alkenols and Higher 1-Alkenes in Copolymerization with Propylene Using An Isospecific Zirconocene-MMAO Catalyst
TL;DR: In this article, aluminum-protected copolymerization of propylene with ω-alkenols was conducted with a rac-[Me2Si(2-Me-4-Ph-Ind)2]ZrCl2 activated by modified methylaluminoxane.
