TL;DR: It is demonstrated that heat-treated toxins initially lost more serological activity when heated at a low temperature than at a higher temperature (100 C); in the present study this is a reversible phenomenon.

Characteristics of the DNA from Lymantria dispar nuclear polyhedrosis virus.
TL;DR: The DNA isolated from occluded Lymantria dispar nuclear polyhedrosis virus consisted of double-stranded linear, open circular, and covalently closed molecules and indicated a molecular weight of approximately 88 x 10(6) for the sum of the fragments.

Characterization of the DNA from four heliothis nuclear polyhedrosis virus isolates
TL;DR: In this paper, the molecular weights of four Heliothis species SNPV isolates and a commercial preparation of H. zea (Elcar) were compared according to their molecular weights and melting characteristics.
