False negative orbital fine needle biopsy.
TL;DR: Orbital fine needle aspiration biopsy is a useful diagnostic adjuvant and in this case, an FNAB showed lymphocytes, but the surgeon felt that this diagnosis was possibly inaccurate, and therefore took out the tumor en bloc.

TL;DR: Survition did not appear to be compromised with eye-wall resection, and in very thick melanomas located more posteriorly, ocular retention and visual results appeared to be better than that attained with radiation alone.

Orbital fibrous histiocytomas
TL;DR: A case of recurrent orbital fibrous histiocytoma in which the diagnosis was established with poitron emission tomography (PET) scans is presented, suggesting this technique may be helpful in difficult cases to differentiate scars from a recurrent mesenchymal tumor.
