TL;DR: The first documented case of an adult patient presenting with bilateral ureteral obstructions, secondary to bilateral papillary necrosis from chronic NSAID use, was reported in this article, where the patient subsequently underwent bilateral UREteral stent placement with rapid recovery of renal function.
