TL;DR: In this paper, an identical multimolecular adsorption curve of nitrogen at liquid nitrogen temperature was found for a wide variety of adsorbents, provided no capillary condensation occurs and no narrow pores are put out of action in the course of progressing adorption.

TL;DR: The thickness t of the layer of nitrogen adsorbed on several well-defined samples (Al2O3, TiO2, BaSO4, ZrO 2, MgO, Ni antigorite, SiO2 and three graphitized carbon blacks) has been measured as a function of the relative pressure and compared with the t curve given in article I of this series.

Studies on pore systems in catalysts: XV. The influence of the geometrical factor on the t curve measured on aerosil
TL;DR: In this paper, it is shown that the magnitude of deviations from the common t curve depends on the particle size of Aerosil and that theoretical t values are in perfect agreement with the experimental ones.
