TL;DR: The disintegrable spherical particles, which are obtained by suspending in water a disintegrant and inorganic particles, and as needed, a water-soluble base agent and/or an active ingredient followed by conducting a spray drying or the like, are readily disintegrability to release the active ingredient, are high in roundness, are slight in surface unevenness, and also have well-masking performance, and cause no degeneration on using water in producing granules as mentioned in this paper.
