TL;DR: Giant insulinomas more frequently exhibit malignant behavior, such as local invasion, lymph node involvement, and liver metastasis, than smaller ones, but there was no relationship between grade and rate of metastases or survival in this small case series.

TL;DR: The combination of 1-MT and radiation suppressed colorectal cancer cells in vitro and in vivo via multiple mechanisms as mentioned in this paper , which showed a further reduction in tumor burden compared with monotherapies or untreated control, inducing the highest numbers of intratumoral CD3 + and CD8 + T cells and the lowest numbers of Foxp3+ and BrdU positive tumor cells.
