This researcher aims to examine family ownership in companies that have an Initial Public Offering in 2022 on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study includes the characteristics of family ownership, the portion of family ownership either directly or indirectly, and the ultimate beneficial owner. This type of research is qualitative. This study observes companies that have Initial Public Offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022, totaling 15 companies. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely in the form of company prospectus reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is descriptive method. The results of this study found that 9 out of 15 companies that had an Initial Public Offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022 were owned by families, either directly or indirectly. Ownership by the family, namely having the characteristics of a married couple, and siblings. The portion of family ownership dominates in the 9 companies observed, ownership is owned directly or indirectly through other companies formed. Likewise, the ultimate beneficial owner of the company is dominated by family ownership.

Kajian Kepemilikan Keluarga pada Perusahaan Initial Public Offering Tahun 2022 di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This study aims to examine the role of foreign ownership in the relationship between sales to related parties and firm value. The population in this study are raw goods sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2022, totaling 192 companies. The sample in this study was selected with certain criteria. The criteria are companies that have foreign ownership, make sales transactions to related parties, and are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange consecutively during the observation period. The final sample is 21 companies and with 42 observations. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. The technique is to collect company financial report data and idx publication reports in the form of idx statistics yearly to find out the value of the company. The analytical method used in this study is moderated regression analysis with the EGLS (cross-section random effects) panel method with the help of the Eviews application. The results of this study found that sales to related parties had no significant effect on firm value. This can be seen from the significant value, which has a higher significant level (0.8374 > 0.05). Foreign ownership only has the potential to moderate (homologizer moderated) the relationship between sales to related parties and company value. This can be seen from the significant values of the interaction variables which are also greater than the significant level (0.7052 > 0.05).

The ammount of PKL onJemberCityalways increase continously every time. It caused by a lot of  unemployment becouse of economic crisis that not end yet. Beside that excistency of it help customer expesially low income to get their need. It  was needed to see the PKL problem as a true contex. It is  the problem of  increasing of their whealth of life. The goal of this research are to know demographic & social economic characteristic of PKL and also to know  the enfluence of  amount of work hour, working capital and  experience as PKL to PKL Income on Jember City. The technik sampling is random sampling, all of samples are 100 respondent.  Analysis data is discriptive and analysis statistic called multiple regression analysis. The result of the reasearch show that  45 % of PKL are 35-44 years old. Most of them  have low education. and also 38 % of them get income between Rp 30.000- Rp 39.000. Simoultantly and partially all independent variable (amount of work hour, working capital and  experience as PKL) have a significant effect to PKL Income onJemberCity.

Analisis penentu pendapatan pedagang kaki lima di kota jember (pendekatan prespektifdemografi dan sosial ekonomi)

Penelitiantingkat serangan hama Plutella xylostella pada tanaman kubis (Brassica oleracea L.) dengan penggunaan jaring pelindung dilakukan di desa Jaga Raga indah Kecamatan Kediri, Kabupaten Lombok  Barat, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara  Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat serangan hama Plutella xylostella pada tanaman kubis (Brassica oleracea L.) dengan penggunaan jaring pelindungyang disebabkan oleh hama Plutella xylostella. Rancangan yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Rancangan Quasi Eksperimental Design (RQED) dengan dua perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak tujuh  kali. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu penanaman kubis tanpa menggunakan jaring pelindung (kontrol) dan penanaman kubis menggunakan jaring pelindung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing perlakuan dapat menekan populasi hama ulat Plutella  xylostella. Rata-rata kerusakan tanaman kubis menggunakan jaring pelindung hasilnya lebih rendah dibandingkan kubis tanpa jaring pelindung. Pada perlakuan menggunakan jaring pelindung  rata-rata kerusakan yaitu 18,91% dengan rata-rata populasi sebesar 2.94, sedangkan yang tanpa menggunakan jaring pelindung yaitu 28,98% dengan rata-rata populasi sebesar 8.47. Rata-rata kerusakan Plutella xylostella pada masing-masing perlakuan menunjukkan hasil yang berpengaruh atau signifikan. Untuk nilai BC ratio dari dua perlakuan yaitu untuk yang menggunakan jaring sebesar 0,26 sedangkan yang tidak menggunakan jaring sebesar 0,24. Dari ke dua perlakuan nilai B/C Rationya berada di bawah angka 1 yang artinya kedua perlakuan itu, jika dilihat dari segi keuntungan maka dikatakan tidak layak atau tidak menguntungkan bagi petani. Akan tetapi, pada perlakuan dengan jaring pelindung,  penggunaan jaring dapat dipakai berulang untuk periode penanaman selanjutnya sehingga akan mengurangi atau meminimalisir pengeluaran biaya produksi dan tidak akan mengeluarkan biaya secara terus menerus.

Tingkat Serangan Hama Plutella xylostella Pada Tanaman Kubis (Brassica oleracea L.) Dengan Penggunaan Jaring Pelindung

This study aims to examine the effect of the number of boards of directors and the number of audit committees on firm value. This research is a sample study, which includes 111 manufacturing sector companies during the 2017-2019 observation year with certain criteria. The analytical method used is the fixed effect panel data regression model. The results of this study found that the number of the board of directors has a positive and significant effect on firm value. While the number of audit committees had a not significant effect on firm value.

The aim of this research is to analyse the influence of working capital, total of labour, allocation of trading time, and long of running a bussines to informal sector income in the District of Labuhanbatu Regency. In this research use double lenear regression model with component to process data, used Eviews programme version 10. This research method use nonprobability sampling method that is purposive sampling which is method Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The research result show that working capital ( 0,0000), total of labour (0,0061), allocation of trading time (0,0225), long of running a bussines (0,0000) and business location (0,0002) do influence together significantly to informal sector income in the Distric Labuhanbatu Regency.

Analisis Determinan Pendapatan Pedagang Sektor Informal di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Sumatera Utara

Penelitian Populasi hama plutella xylostella dan Crosidolomia binotalis pada tanaman kubis (brassica oleracea L.) dengan Perlakuan Jaring Pelindung dilakukan di desa Jaga Raga Indah Kecamatan Kediri, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara  Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas net protection (jaring serangga) dalam mengurangi kerusakan tanaman kubis (Brassica oleracea L.) yang disebabkan oleh hama Plutella xylostella dan Crosidolomia binotalis. Rancangan yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian yaitu  (Quasi Eksperimental Design) dengan dua perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak tujuh kali. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu penanaman kubis tanpa menggunakan net protection (kontrol) dan penanaman kubis menggunakan net protection. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing perlakuan efektif dalam menekan populasi hama ulat Plutella xylostella. Rata-rata Dengan menggunakan net protection (jaring serangga), rata-rata populasi hama Plutella xylostella 3,97 ekor/tanaman dan Crosidolomia binotalis 2,13 ekor/tanaman lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan yang tidak menggunakan net protection dengan populasi hama rata-rata Plutella xylostella 8,47 ekor/tanaman dan Crosidolomia binotalis 3,61 ekor/tanaman. pada masing-masing perlakuan menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda nyata atau signifikan

Populasi Hama Plutella Xylostella dan Crocidolomia Binotalis Pada Tanaman Kubis (Brassica oleracea L.) Dengan Perlakuan Jaring Pelindung

Kubis (Brassica oleracea L.) adalah komoditas sayuran bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Petani di Desa Jagaraga Indah, Kecamatan Kediri, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, Provinsi NTB telah lama membudidayakan kubis dengan pola sederhana tanpa jaring proteksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jaring proteksi terhadap populasi, dan indeks keragaman telur hama perusak daun pada tanaman kubis (Brassica oleracea L.). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Quasi Eksperimental Design (RQED), dan analisis data dengan Uji T-Test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat empat kelompok telur serangga hama. Dari kelompok telur tersebut diperoleh hasil rearing dan telah diidentifikasi bahwa famili yang ditemukan pada perlakuan jaring proteksi diantaranya famili Pyralidae dan Plutellidae. Perlakuan tanpa jaring proteksi ditemukan empat famili diantaranya famili Pyralidae, Plutellidae, Noctuidae dan Arctiidae. Perlakuan jaring proteksi pada rata-rata populasi kelompok telur hama berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap populasi. Nilai indeks keragaman pada perlakuan jaring proteksi dan tanpa jaring proteksi tergolong rendah. Nilai indeks dominansi pada perlakuan jaring proteksi menunjukan satu famili tergolong rendah dan satunya tergolong tinggi dan tanpa jaring proteksi menunjukkan tiga famili tergolong tinggi dan satu famili tergolong rendah.
