Papers
Radially polarized solid-state Raman laser
Yoshihiro Nishigata,Shun Sasaki,Katsuhiko Miyamoto,Takashige Omatsu +3 more
- 21 Jun 2021
TL;DR: The wavelength versatility of the vector vortex laser sources is strongly desired to explore these applications, such as acceleration techniques, high resolution microscopy, materials processing, and particle guiding or trapping.
Handedness control of mid-infrared (9–12μm) vortex laser
Michael-Tomoki Horikawa,Azusa Ogawa,Kenji Furuki,Katsuhiko Miyamoto,Takashige Omatsu +4 more
- 10 May 2015
TL;DR: In this paper, the handness control of the mid-infrared vortex output from a ZnGeP2 difference frequency generator pumped by a 1-μm vortex pumped KTiOPO4 optical parametric oscillator was demonstrated over a frequency range of 9-12 μm.
Optical Angular Momentum Structures Chiral Materials and Devices
Takashige Omatsu
- 02 Nov 2016
TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a chiral photonics device for chiral chemical detection and reaction, and optical polarization rotators in the mid-IR or terahertz region.
