TL;DR: In this article , the authors examined the direct effects of distributive justice and goal clarity on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the field of organizational behavior and management, and found that goal clarity is positively related to OCB, while transactional and transformational leadership strengthened the positive relationship between goal clarity and OCB.
