SOLUTION: The method for producing the extract solution, using an extraction device prepared by disposing an extraction tank 2 capable of storing a content comprising a raw material and an extraction liquid, and disposing an extract solution-taking portion 3 for separating the raw material from the content to take out the extract solution in the lower portion of the extraction tank 2, is characterized by charging the content into the extraction tank 2, revolving the extraction liquid on a lateral axis along the horizontal surface to stir the content so that the extraction liquid flows from one side of the extraction tank 2 to the facing other side, thus extracting the extract from the raw material into the extraction liquid. The invention relates to the field of extraction of effective components in animals and plants such as dry tea leaves, fresh tea leaves and traditional Chinese medicines and particularly relates to amicrowave-ultrasonic extraction device of tea leaves. The microwave and ultrasonic extraction device has the beneficial effects that microwave and ultrasonic combination and sectional and time-sharingextraction are adopted, the technical characteristics and advantages of microwave and ultrasonic extraction are fully exerted; before formal extraction, since a sieving net and a vibrator are arranged at a material opening, other plant leaves can be effectively sieved out, so that the other plant leaves are prevented from being mixed to cause impure extraction solution due to mixing with other substances; meanwhile, by utilization of a vibrating disc and an inclined angle, the tea leaves can be uniformly distributed and fully and effectively extracted; a rotary disc is utilized to stir a solvent and the tea leaves, so that the extraction of effective substances in the tea leaves can be effectively ensured and the extraction efficiency can be improved; the tea leaves are conveyed by the vibrating disc, so that the problem that the effective components can not be finally filtered due to breaking of the tea leaves and forming of tea-leaf pulp in transportation is solved.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a separated liquid from used tea leaves enabling efficient removal of used tea leaves from extract liquid produced by using minute tea leaves or soft tea leaves. SOLUTION: The method for producing a separated liquid from used tea leaves comprises the following process: supplying soft tea leaves 1 such as minute tea leaves containing 50-100 wt.% of fractions passing through the sieve of 20 mesh into an extraction device 11 to produce extract liquid 3 in the extraction device 11; passing the extract liquid 3 in the extraction device 11 through a screen 14 comprising a perforated panel to eliminate used tea leaves 6 in the extract liquid 3 by the screen 14; receiving the extract liquid 3 passing through the screen 14 and charging the liquid into a tank 15 to produce separated liquid 5 from used tea leaves. The perforated panel forming the screen 14 comprises a punching metal where the rate of hole area of holes 14a is 20-50%, and the inner diameter of each of the holes 14a is 1.5-2.5 mm.
