Takehito Hayakawa,S. Miyamoto,Y. Hayashi,Keigo Kawase,Ken Horikawa,Shuntaro Chiba,K. Nakanishi,H. Hashimoto,T. Ohta,Masaki Kando,Takayasu Mochizuki,T. Kajino,M. Fujiwara +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a half-life of the ground state of {sup 184}Re populated by the reaction from laser Compton scattering {gamma} rays generated through relativistic engineering was reported.

Spectroscopy of Al24 and extraction of Gamow-Teller strengths with the Mg24(He3,t) reaction at 420 MeV
R. G. T. Zegers,R. G. T. Zegers,Rhiannon Meharchand,Rhiannon Meharchand,T. Adachi,Sam M. Austin,Sam M. Austin,B. A. Brown,B. A. Brown,Y. Fujita,M. Fujiwara,M. Fujiwara,Carol Guess,Carol Guess,Hitoshi Hashimoto,Kichiji Hatanaka,M. E. Howard,M. E. Howard,Hiroshi Matsubara,K. Nakanishi,T. Ohta,H. Okamura,Yasuhiro Sakemi,Y. Shimbara,Y. Shimbara,Yuji Shimizu,C. Scholl,A. Signoracci,Yuji Tameshige,Atsushi Tamii,M. Yosoi +30 more
TL;DR: In this article, an energy resolution of 35 keV was achieved by using a recently developed empirical relationship for the proportionality between Gamow-Teller strengths and differential cross sections at zero momentum transfer.

High‐Resolution B(GT) studies with (3He,t) reactions
C. Scholl,Yoshitaka Fujita,T. Adachi,H. Hashimoto,Kichiji Hatanaka,Hiroshi Matsubara,K. Nakanishi,T. Ohta,Yasuhiro Sakemi,Y. Shimbara,Y. Shimizu,Yuji Tameshige,Atsushi Tamii,P. von Brentano,M. Yosoi,R. G. T. Zegers +15 more
- 10 Feb 2009
TL;DR: In this article, it has been shown that the (3He,t) charge exchange reaction at intermediate energies, used at zero momentum transfer in combination with high-resolution magnetic spectrometers is a very powerful probe for Gamow-Teller strengths.

Half-life of 184Re populated by photodisintegration reaction with Laser Compton scattering γ-rays at NewSUBARU
Takehito Hayakawa,S. Miyamoto,Yukio Hayashi,Keigo Kawase,Ken Horikawa,Satoshi Chiba,K. Nakanishi,H. Hashimoto,T. Ohta,Masaki Kando,Takayasu Mochizuki,T. Kajino,M. Fujiwara,M. Fujiwara +13 more
- 01 Jan 2007
TL;DR: In this paper, the ground state of 184 Re was populated by the 185 Re(γ,n) 184 Re reaction with the Laser Compton scattering γ-rays generated through relativistic engineering.
Giant monopole resonance in even-A Cd isotopes, the asymmetry term in nuclear incompressibility, and the "softness" of Sn and Cd nuclei
D. Patel,U. Garg,M. Fujiwara,Hidetoshi Akimune,G. P. A. Berg,Mohsen Harakeh,Masatoshi Itoh,T. Kawabata,K. Kawase,B. K. Nayak,T. Ohta,H. Ouchi,Jorge Piekarewicz,M. Uchida,Hidetomo Yoshida,M. Yosoi +15 more
TL;DR: In this article, the asymmetry term in the nuclear incompressibility extracted from the ISGMR in Cd isotopes is found to be K-tau = -555 +/- 75 MeV, confirming the value previously obtained from the Sn isotopes.
