Purification and properties of a new enzyme, NG,NG-dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase, from rat kidney.
TL;DR: A new enzyme, NG, NG-dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase, has been purified to homogeneity from rat kidney and shows the maximum activity at pH 6.5 and requires no cofactor.

Dimethylarginine:pyruvate aminotransferase in rats. Purification, properties, and identity with alanine:glyoxylate aminotransferase 2.
TL;DR: The present data show that alanine:glyoxilate aminotransferase 2 functions in dimethylarginine metabolism in vivo in rats.

Purification and properties of 4-aminobenzoate hydroxylase, a new monooxygenase from Agaricus bisporus.
TL;DR: A new FAD-dependent monooxygenase that catalyzes the decarboxylative hydroxylation of 4-aminobenzoate and forms 4-hydroxyaniline in the presence of NAD(P)H and O2 has been purified to homogeneity by ammonium sulfate fractionation, affinity chromatography, chromatofocusing, and Sephadex G-100 chromatography from Agaricus bisporus, a common edible mushroom.

Cloning and sequencing of cDNA encoding 4-aminobenzoate hydroxylase fromAgaricus bisporus
TL;DR: Homology analyses showed that the two regions on the enzyme share other flavoproteins such as salicylate hydroxylase and p-hydroxybenzoate hydoxylase.

A monoclonal antibody recognizing the FAD-binding site of 4-aminobenzoate hydroxylase from Agaricus bisporus.
TL;DR: A monoclonal antibody against 4-aminobenzoate hydroxylase from Agaricus bisporus has been produced by the fusion of BALB/c mouse spleen cells immunized with the denatured enzyme and P3x63Ag8U1 myeloma cells in order to locate and characterize the catalytic site of the enzyme.
