TL;DR: It is emphasized the importance of frequent clinical assessment while considering discontinuation of RRT for AKI patients with a creatinine clearance >15 mL/min on a timed urine collection and/or a urine output >400 mL/ 24 h without diuretics, or >2000 mL/24 h with diuretic.

TL;DR: This study describes associations of dietary patterns with BP and albuminuria and is the first study to do so in a well-phenotyped West African CKD cohort, and suggests that consuming a Poultry and Cereal dietary pattern may be beneficial for BP and proteinuria in West Africa patients.
