TL;DR: In this paper, the development of an English language test in Greece is described, and a focus in the analysis is on how both the internal (psychometric and content) characteristics of the test and circumstances surrounding its commission and use reflect major changes in the role that English is playing in the Greek context.

The path I took
TL;DR: A professional journey is always part personal and mine is no exception as mentioned in this paper, however, it was a life-long love of language that took me down a professional path, rather than a profession.
