TL;DR: In this paper, the structural behavior of a composite steel-concrete composite plate girder with arch-type web stiffener is investigated. And the effect of the arch type stiffener with infill concrete is considerable for the design of such type composite girder bridge.

TL;DR: In this article, the elastic buckling of columns with variable cross-section dimensions was investigated and it was found that the buckling load of column with convexity in its middle is the highest while the bucking load of the tapered column is the lowest as expected.
