The method comprises the following steps that: a terminal utilizes the obtained channel information to perform geometric mean decomposition to obtain a pre-coding matrix and complete the pre-coding of sent signals; in a base station, a unitary matrix Q and an upper triangular matrix R can be obtained by calculation and then a quick response (QR) decomposition based particle in cell (PIC) algorithm is adopted to perform the multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) detection and decoding of received signals, and then channel sub-space tracking technology is used, and the signals are pre-coded by the unitary matrix Q and then are sent to the terminal; and at the terminal, a unitary matrix P can be obtained by calculation in the same method, and the received signals are detected by the unitary matrix P and simultaneously are pre-coded. In the method, the algorithm has low complexity, and the feedback codebook sequence number occupies less channel resources, so that the channel utilization can be improved, the interference of the front layer sub-channel to a certain sub-channel signal can be eliminated without amplifying noise, and further, the error propagation effect is effectively reduced.

According to the technical scheme of the invention, the MIMO sub-channel detection performance of the receiving end is efficiently improved and the complexity of the processing operation of the receiving end is reduced.
