TL;DR: In this article, a method for preparing fumaric acid fermentation liquor by fermenting corncob cellulose was proposed, in which the pre-enzymolysis and fermentation were performed synchronously, and the feedback inhibition action of a large amount accumulated glucose on enzyme in a subsequent enzymolyisation process was relieved.

TL;DR: In this paper, a selection method for preparing L-malic acid and rhizopus oryzae mutant strain-2 by fermenting corn stalks was proposed, where a corn stalk acid hydrolysate serves as the basic material of a culture medium and also serves as a carbon source, meanwhile, a nitrogen source, inorganic salt and a neutralizing agent are added to form liquid culture mediums.
