PURPOSE: A news producing and providing system using a camera phone is provided to allow a user positioned near an accident site to provide a corresponding news to a user on a real time basis by quickly producing the news with a photographed image by using a camera phone. CONSTITUTION: A camera phone(100) video and still images at an accident site photographed by a user, voices presenting an eventful situation recorded by the user and characters representing the situation inputted by the user to a new providing server(300) through a mobile communication network(200). A news interface unit outputs the still images, video, voices and characters received from the camera phone(100) to a new producing unit. The news interface unit transmits video news and still image news to a wired(fixed line) communication terminal(500) and a mobile communication terminal(600) through the mobile communication network(200) and a cable network(400). The news interface unit stores the produced video news and still image news in a database and transmits the stored video news and still image news to the communication terminals(500,600). The news producing unit edits the video and voices to make a video news and stores it in the database. The news producing unit edits the still images and characters to make a still image news and stores it in the database. A news index unit provides indexes of the still image new and the video news to the communication terminals(500,600). A news searching unit searches the video news and still image news on the basis of the news index as requested by the communication terminals(500,600).

PURPOSE: A method for distributing and selling an image pictured by a portable device of an individual is provided to make a user download, use and sell the image and to enable a person to download the image to a PC or a portable device by making the user upload the image pictured by the portable device to a server CONSTITUTION: The intrinsic information of the user, the position information through a GPS(Global Positioning System) or a mobile communication base station, and the time information are added to the image generated by the portable device(A02) The image is transmitted to the server through a wireless communication network from the portable device and a wire/wireless communication network after downloading the image to the PC(A10) The image is stored in a storing space of the server by linking with a database(A19) A provider downloads the image and a customer downloads the image with the charge or free A producer/transmitter inquires a download and selling situation based on a distribution method The expense according to the selling and the buying is charged and cleared The image generated by the user is transmitted and sold through the direct transmission between the portable devices

PURPOSE: A motion picture service method using a mobile terminal is provided so that motion pictures photographed by the mobile terminal can be received, edited, stored and output by a motion picture service server upon the user's request. CONSTITUTION: A network access unit(11) receives motion pictures from a mobile terminal through a mobile communication network(20). A user authentication unit(12) receives user information from the network access unit(11) and authenticates a user. A motion picture receiving unit(13) receives the motion pictures from the network access unit(11). A motion picture storing unit(14) receives the motion pictures from the motion picture receiving unit(13), and stores them in a database(16). A motion picture search unit(17) receives motion picture search conditions from the network access unit(11), searches contents in the database(16) and transmits them to the mobile terminal. A motion picture editing unit(15) receives motion picture edition conditions from the network access unit(11), edits the motion pictures stored in the database(16), and transmits them to the mobile terminal. When the mobile terminal accesses a motion picture service server through the mobile communication network, photographs the motion pictures, and transmits them to the motion picture service server, the motion picture service server stores, edits and outputs the motion pictures.
