TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a fair-share scheduling method for wind power plants based on minimum wind curtailment control, which consists of the steps that according to the acceptable capacity of a current power grid to wind power generation, when the power grid can continuously accept wind power generators, recovery control is started, and the active power of wind power generator is preferentially improved.
