The method comprises the steps of sending a bus load state detection message to a controller area network (CAN) body bus controller; receiving a CAN bus state code replied based on the bus load state detection message, from the CAN body bus controller; packaging a remote control instruction received through a remote monitoring module into a CAN signal when it is determined that a CAN body bus is in a normal state based on the CAN bus state code, and sending the CAN signal to a body control module through the CAN body bus; and converting the remote control instruction received through the remote monitoring module into a switching value signal when it is determined that the CANbody bus is in a busy state based on the CAN bus state code, and sending the switching value signal to the body control module through a hard wire, wherein the remote control instruction is used forcontrolling the body load. The transmission load of the vehicle CAN bus is reduced, the load control response speed is improved, and the information security of a vehicle intranet is also improved.
