TL;DR: The incidence of eclampsia at Murtala Muhammad Specialist hospital Kano between April 2008 and May 2009 was determined to be 5% of total deliveries, which indicates that delay in presentation is associated with poor outcome.
Estimation of fetal weight before delivery in low-resource setting of North-west Nigeria: can we rely on our clinical skills?
TL;DR: Clinical method of fetal weight estimation can only be recommended for use as screening tool for normal weight and macrosomic fetuses and the predictive powers of sonographic and clinical methods were better for low birth weight and macro-demographic fetuses, respectively.

Review of intrauterine adhesiolysis at the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, Kano, Nigeria
TL;DR: Dilatation and curettage was found to be the commonest cause of intrauterine adhesions and there was no significant difference in the outcome of treatment between hysteroscopic adhesiolysis and the blind procedure.
