Perioperative Epirubicin, Oxaliplatin, and Capecitabine Chemotherapy in Locally Advanced Gastric Cancer: Safety and Feasibility in an Interim Survival Analysis
Vikas Ostwal,Arvind Sahu,Anant Ramaswamy,Bhawna Sirohi,Subhadeep Bose,Vikas Talreja,Mahesh Goel,Shraddha Patkar,Ashwin Desouza,Shailesh V. Shrikhande +9 more
TL;DR: EOX chemotherapy with curative resection and D2 lymphadenectomy is a suggested alternative to the existing perioperative regimens and requires further evaluation and validation in a clinical trial.
Personalized treatment approach to gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors: a medical oncologist's perspective.
TL;DR: The tumor dedifferentiation over the particular time period leading to aggressive behavior, a well-known entity, is contrasted with the redifferentiation phenomenon in some patients as a result of chemotherapy or targeted drug therapy, which may support the basis for combining peptide receptor-targeted radiotherapy/octreotide therapy with chemotherapy or mTOR inhibitors such as everolimus.

Docetaxel/Oxaliplatin/Capecitabine (TEX) triplet followed by continuation monotherapy in advanced gastric cancer
Vikas Ostwal,Subhadeep Bose,Bhawna Sirohi,Bhavesh Poladia,Arvind Sahu,Prabhat Bhargava,Vipul Doshi,Rohit Dusane,Chaitali Nashikkar,Shailesh V. Shrikhande,Anant Ramaswamy +10 more
TL;DR: TEX chemotherapy is a feasible, efficacious triplet regimen that can be used in clinical practice, and raised serum alkaline phosphatase levels >100 U/L is a poor prognostic factor, as observed in this study.

Recurrence pattern with respect to two different dose fractionations in patients with locally advanced head and neck cancer treated with chemoradiation using image‐guided volumetric arc therapy
J Deshmukh,Abhishek Chatterjee,TapasKumar Dora,Subhadeep Bose,Alok Goel,Amol Kakade,Amitpal Singh Saini,Shefali Pahwa,Avtar Singh,Sarbani Ghosh Laskar,Jai Prakash Agarwal,V. K. Srivastava,Rakesh Kapoor +12 more
TL;DR: Patients with head and neck cancer were treated with either 70 Gy in 35 fractions (Arm A) or 66Gy in 30 fractions ( Arm B) to study the response of the immune checkpoints to treatment with chemotherapy.

Real-world evidence of first-line pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy in metastatic non-squamous NSCLC: A single-centre experience.
Subhadeep Bose,Asha Siva,P. Wilson,H. Grist,N. Murukesh +4 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors evaluated the real world outcomes and toxicity data in a similar subset of patients treated with Pembrolizumab plus platinum-pemetrexed in a non-trial setting.
