Promoting photoluminescence quantum yields of glass-stabilized CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, I) perovskite quantum dots through fluorine doping
TL;DR: F fluoride additives were introduced into oxyhalide borosilicate glasses to break the tight glass network, which promoted the nucleation/growth of CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Cl/Br, Br, Br/I and I) inside the glass, and the quantum efficiencies reached 80%, 60% and 50%, respectively, which are the highest efficiencies reported so far.

Enhanced luminescence of a Ba2GdSbO6:Mn4+ red phosphor via cation doping for warm white light-emitting diodes.
Jiasong Zhong,Su Zhou,Daqin Chen,Daqin Chen,Junjie Li,Yiwen Zhu,Xinyue Li,Leifeng Chen,Zhenguo Ji +8 more
TL;DR: A novel double-perovskite Ba2GdSbO6:Mn4+ phosphor, demonstrating strong red emission ascribed to a spin-forbidden Mn4+:2Eg → 4A2g transition in the region of 620-750 nm, has been synthesized via a solid-state reaction route and the microstructure and luminescence properties are investigated in detail.

Mn-Doped CsPbCl3 perovskite nanocrystals: solvothermal synthesis, dual-color luminescence and improved stability
Daqin Chen,Daqin Chen,Gaoliang Fang,Xiao Chen,Lei Lei,Jiasong Zhong,Qinan Mao,Su Zhou,Junni Li +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, Mn-doped CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, I) perovskite quantum dots have been successfully prepared via a facile solvothermal reaction for the first time.

Fast Room-Temperature Cation Exchange Synthesis of Mn-Doped CsPbCl3 Nanocrystals Driven by Dynamic Halogen Exchange
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that dynamic halogen exchange can effectively open up PbX64- octahedrons and enable fast Mn-to-Pb cation exchange at room temperature in a few seconds.
