The invention provides a flexible data transmission system based on an SINET (Smart Identifier NETwork), comprising a resource management unit and a network assembly unit, wherein the resource management unit comprises a network state sensing module, a network state measuring module and a flexible transmission module, the flexible transmission module is used for calculating K shortest transmissionpaths and determining the optimal transmission path based on a network topology state and a network resource update state obtained by the network state sensing module as well as a network state linkmaximum available bandwidth and delay information measured by the network state measuring module. Through adoption of the flexible data transmission system of the invention, under centralized and unified control of an SINET control plane, the network state and the network assembly behavior are sensed, in combination with parameters such as routing hops, residual bandwidth and link delay, the optimal transmission path can be determined to achieve dynamic adaption and transmission of service resources, and data transmission reliability, network throughput, resource utilization rate are improved,link load balancing is achieved, so as to make up for the deficiency of a shortest routing method.

The invention discloses a method for optimizing data forwarding in a nested mobile network. In the method, a nested mobile network address conversion table is introduced and comprises the three fields of a destination mobile router home address, a next-level mobile router address and a life cycle. As the mobile routers of each level establish the nested mobile network address conversion table layer by layer and execute the address replacement and forwarding of data packets layer by layer, the upper-level mobile routers can relatively better solve the problem of the frequent tunnel encapsulation and de-encapsulation of the nested mobile network in the data forwarding without knowing network topological information maintained by the next-level mobile routers thereof to further optimize the way of forwarding the data packets in the nested mobile network and simultaneously protect the privacy of the internal topological information of lower-level nested mobile networks. Moreover, the defect that stub networks discard the data packets of the lower-level mobile networks is overcome. The method has the advantages of simple operation steps, easy implementation and vast popularization and application prospect.

The method is characterized in that 1) an HA/LMA which is responsible for MN position management is served as a position management service set and is deployed; 2) during a moving process, a MN sends a BU/PBU message whose position is updated and arrives at the HA/LMA which is closest to the MN; 3) the HA/LMA in the same position management service set synchronizes a binding state of the MN; and 4) a data packet sent by the MN is directly sent to an opposite end node, but after the data packet sent by the opposite end node which does not establish optimal routing with the MN arrives at one HA/LMA in the position management service set of the MN, the HA/LMA forwards to the MN according to the binding state, if there is no the binding state of the MN, a position request of the MN is performed in the position management service set. By using the method, a communication path of the MN and a CN can be optimized maximumly.
