TL;DR: There was a dose–response relationship between MVPA% and cognitive function in older adults, with higher levels associated with a 36% or lower risk of cognitive impairment and better maintenance of memory and executive function over time, particularly in White adults.

TL;DR: Among obese older adults, dynapenia was associated with lower risk of meeting MetS criteria for waist circumference and diastolic blood pressure and did not increase cardiometabolic disease risk in either obese or nonobese older adults.

TL;DR: The results demonstrate that a feasible and generalizable home‐based coaching intervention may decrease sedentary behavior and increase physical activity levels in those with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and this intervention may reduce lung disease‐related health care utilization.
