TL;DR: NAF and serum levels of PSA, and NAF levels hK2, bFGF and uPA were each associated with pre- and/or postmenopausal breast cancer, and nPSA trended higher in hormone sensitive cancers, especially those that expressed progesterone receptor.

Incidental splenic artery aneurysm during laparoscopic gastric banding.
TL;DR: This surgical technique is simple, safe, minimally invasive, and provides adequate therapy without incurring the morbidity associated with aneurysmectomy and splenectomy.
