ESHRE preimplantation genetic diagnosis consortium: Data collection III (May 2001)
Karen Sermon,Joyce C. Harper,J.P.M. Geraedts,C.E.M. de Die-Smulders,Alan H. Handyside,Nicole D. Hussey,M.C. Magli,Santiago Munné,Pierre F. Ray,Josep Santaló,Catherine Staessen,Alan R. Thornhill,Stéphane Viville,Leeanda Wilton +13 more
TL;DR: The third report of the ESHRE PGD Consortium is presented, collating data received from 25 centres on referrals, cycles, pregnancies and babies born after PGD, with the appearance of the first data for gender screening on preimplantation embryos for social reasons.

Diversity of endogenous epitopes bound to MHC class II molecules limited by invariant chain.
TL;DR: The invariant chain (Ii) binds nascent major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules, blocking peptide binding until the complex dissociates in the endosomes, but some epitopes actually required Ii and the influence of Ii on presentation does not follow simple rules.

ESHRE PGD Consortium data collection IV: May-December 2001.
Karen Sermon,Céline Moutou,Joyce C. Harper,J.P.M. Geraedts,Paul N. Scriven,Leeanda Wilton,M.C. Magli,A. Michiels,Stéphane Viville,C. De Die +9 more
TL;DR: This is a report on the corrected data from the first three data collections (I-III) as well as the result of the last data collection that was completely carried out using the new database.

TL;DR: The aim of this paper is to complement previous publications and provide an update of selected topics that have evolved since 2005, and to address issues related to the impact of ART on epigenetic reprogramming of the early embryo.
