Method for transmitting a multi-channel data stream on a multi-transport tunnel, corresponding computer-readable storage means and tunnel end-points
Pascal Viger,Stéphane Baron +1 more
- 07 Dec 2009
TL;DR: In this paper, a method for transmitting a multi-channel data stream comprising frames comprising a plurality of channels, the transmitting being done via a multiantransport tunnel from a first tunnel end point to a second tunnel end-point, the multi-transport tunnel implementing at least one first carrier supporting a transport protocol with acknowledgement and at least two second carrier supporting an asynchronous transport protocol without acknowledgement.

Method for managing address spaces at an opening of a communications tunnel, corresponding tunnel end-point, and storage means
Pascal Viger,Stéphane Baron +1 more
- 25 Sep 2009
TL;DR: In this paper, a method for providing a remedy to the problem of address conflict when setting up a communications tunnel between a first tunnel end point of a first communications sub-network and a second tunnel end-point of a second communications subnetwork distinct from the first sub-networks is proposed.

Access management to multi-user uplink random resource units by a plurality of BSSs
Pascal Viger,Stéphane Baron,Patrice Nezou +2 more
- 15 Jan 2020
TL;DR: In this paper, the AP periodically sends beacon frames informing of the profile of each BSS of the plurality of BSSs, which are allowed to access the resources units to transmit data during the reserved TXOP.

Method and device for data communication in a network
Stéphane Baron,Romain Guignard,Pascal Viger +2 more
- 27 Aug 2015
TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a contention type access mechanism based on back-off values, which includes a plurality of traffic queues for serving data traffic at different priorities, each associated with one traffic queue and configured to compute a backoff value in accordance with the priority of the associated traffic queue.
