Self-similarity of temperature profiles in distant galaxy clusters: the quest for a Universal law
Alessandro Baldi,Alessandro Baldi,Stefano Ettori,Silvano Molendi,Fabio Gastaldello,Fabio Gastaldello +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the XMM-Newton temperature profiles of 12 bright clusters of galaxies at 0.4 = 0.6 as NCC clusters were presented, showing a dependence on both the state of relaxation of the clusters and the redshift.
Scaling Properties of Galaxy Groups
TL;DR: In this article, the authors review the recent literature on various scaling relations between X-ray and optical properties of these systems, focusing on the observational measurements, and the progress in our understanding of the deviations from the self-similar expectations on groups' scales.

The XXL Survey: XVI. The clustering of X-ray selected galaxy clusters at z ∼ 0.3
Federico Marulli,Federico Marulli,Alfonso Veropalumbo,Mauro Sereno,Mauro Sereno,Lauro Moscardini,Lauro Moscardini,Florian Pacaud,M. Pierre,Manolis Plionis,A. Cappi,A. Cappi,C. Adami,Sinan Aliş,Bruno Altieri,Mark Birkinshaw,Stefano Ettori,L. Faccioli,Fabio Gastaldello,Elias Koulouridis,Christopher Lidman,Christopher Lidman,J. P. Le Fevre,Sophie Maurogordato,Bianca M. Poggianti,E. Pompei,T. Sadibekova,T. Sadibekova,Ivan Valtchanov +28 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the spatial properties of a homogeneous sample of X-ray selected galaxy clusters from the XXL survey, the largest programme carried out by the XMM-Newton satellite.
Radio halos in a mass-selected sample of 75 galaxy clusters. II. Statistical analysis
V. Cuciti,Rossella Cassano,Gianfranco Brunetti,Daniele Dallacasa,F. de Gasperin,Stefano Ettori,Simona Giacintucci,Ruta Kale,G. W. Pratt,R. J. van Weeren,Tiziana Venturi +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, radio and X-ray data analysis of galaxy clusters with M500>6e14Msun and z=0.08-0.33 from the Planck SZ catalogue is presented.
Beppo-SAX temperature maps of galaxy clusters in the Corona Borealis supercluster: A2061, A2067 and A2124
Francesca Marini,S. Bardelli,E. Zucca,S. De Grandi,A. Cappi,Stefano Ettori,Lauro Moscardini,G. Tormen,Antonaldo Diaferio +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented the analysis of Beppo-SAX observations of the cluster pairs A2061-A2067 and A2122-A2124, which have been selected as candidate merging clusters.
