Hypercalcaemia in adolescent tetraplegic patients: case report and review
TL;DR: A 15-year-old boy with traumatic tetraplegia who developed hypercalcaemia within 6 weeks of injury responded to cortisone administered in low dosage and the endocrinologic implications of this observation are discussed.
Characterization of Phosphate Uptake in Isolated Chick Intestinal Cells
TL;DR: A preparation of isolated intestinal cells has been developed which permits the incubation of these cells in culture for 90 min with preservation of viability and responsiveness to vitamin D analogues added in vitro, and promises to be a valuable experimental model for the elucidation of the action of vitamin D on phosphate transport.

Alzheimer's disease and the need for supervision
TL;DR: Among the more severely demented, caregivers providing constant supervision were more likely to believe the patient was safe, and dementia severity was less strongly associated with actual supervision intensity.
