TL;DR: A phloroglucinol/activated carbon composite/multiwalled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode is developed for electrochemical quantification of caffeic acid, exhibiting enhanced sensitivity and a lower limit of detection (36.4 nM) in real-time analysis of coffee and wine samples.
