TL;DR: The N-terminal amino acid sequence of trypsin was determined to be 12 residues (IVGGYECQEHSQ), and the sequence showed high homology to other fish trypsins.

Investigation of the activity of cathepsin B in red shrimp (Solenocera crassicornis) and its relation to the quality of muscle proteins during chilled and frozen storage.
TL;DR: It is suggested that cathepsin B located in the head of shrimp was likely transferred to the muscle through the first abdominal segment during storage, accelerating the dissociation of the muscle proteins.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors formulated a cosmetic product containing hydrolyzed fish collagen obtained from a byproduct of fish processing industries, and evaluated the physicochemical properties and stability of the product, and conducted a facial skin evaluation test wherein volunteers use the product and have their facial skin analyzed.
