TL;DR: Researchers developed Se-free n-type Bi2Te3 materials with high thermoelectric performance by incorporating FeTe2 nanoinclusions, achieving a power factor of ~41 × 10−4 Wm−1 K−2 and average zT of 1.01 at 300-470 K, enhancing material stability and enabling widespread thermoelectric device applications.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the influence of the arrangement of the vertically aligned carbon nanotube (VACNT) columns on the characteristics of field emission and found that the field screening effect depends on the CNT arrangement and the pitch-to-height ratio.
