Distributed Compressive Sensing: Performance Analysis With Diverse Signal Ensembles
TL;DR: This paper introduces two key ingredients, called “Euclidean distances between signals” and “decay rate of signal ensemble,” to conduct a performance analysis of a deterministic signal model under the MMVs framework and designs a new method based on modified SOMP algorithms for a key application known as cooperative spectrum sensing.

Explorable Tone Mapping Operators
TL;DR: This paper proposes a learning-based multimodal tone-mapping method, which not only achieves excellent visual quality but also explores the style diversity and shows that the proposed method performs favorably against state-of-the-art tone-Mapping algorithms both quantitatively and qualitatively.

Jacket Haar transform
Jian-Jiun Ding,Soo-Chang Pei,Po-Hung Wu +2 more
- 15 May 2011
TL;DR: From the authors' simulations, the proposed Jacket Haar transform has better performance in ECG signal analysis and the proposed generalization algorithm is possible to define the N-point Jacket-Haar transform, where N is not a power of 2.

Split vector radix 2D fast Fourier transform
Soo-Chang Pei,Ja-Lin Wu +1 more
- 01 Apr 1987
TL;DR: Split vector radix is used to develop a 2D fast Fourier transform algorithm, it is performed "in-place", and requires no matrix transpose operation, and an overall saving of about 30% complex multiplications for a typical 1024 × 1024 array could be obtained.
