Multifaceted Role of Neuropilins in the Immune System: Potential Targets for Immunotherapy.
TL;DR: The genomic organization, structure, and binding partners of the NRPs are summarized and the recent advances in their role and function in different immune cell subsets and their clinical implications are discussed.

Neuropilin-2 Regulates Endosome Maturation and EGFR Trafficking to Support Cancer Cell Pathobiology
Samikshan Dutta,Sohini Roy,Navatha Shree Polavaram,Marissa J. Stanton,Heyu Zhang,Tanvi Bhola,Pia Hönscheid,Terrence M. Donohue,Terrence M. Donohue,Hamid Band,Surinder K. Batra,Michael H. Muders,Michael H. Muders,Kaustubh Datta +13 more
TL;DR: The results indicate that the NRP2/WDFY1 axis is required for maintaining endocytic activity in cancer cells, which supports their oncogenic activities and confers drug resistance, and therapeutically targeting endocytosis may represent an attractive strategy to selectively target cancer cells in multiple malignancies.
NRP2 transcriptionally regulates its downstream effector WDFY1
Samikshan Dutta,Sohini Roy,Navatha Shree Polavaram,Gustavo Baretton,Michael H. Muders,Surinder K. Batra,Kaustubh Datta +6 more
TL;DR: The results indicated that NRP2 inhibits WDFY1 transcription by preventing the nuclear localization of a transcription factor, Fetal ALZ50-reactive clone 1 (FAC1), which is novel as transcriptional regulation of a gene by N RP2 axis has not been reported previously.
Angiogenic growth factor axis in autophagy regulation.
Marissa J. Stanton,Samikshan Dutta,Navatha Shree Polavaram,Sohini Roy,Michael H. Muders,Kaustubh Datta +5 more
TL;DR: The data suggest that targeting the VEGFC-NRP2 axis in combination with chemotherapy could be an effective treatment for advanced cancers.
