TL;DR: It is suggested that s-ED is more common among municipal employees in rural areas than in other working populations in Sweden and regular use of a self-rated instrument in evaluating the organizational and social work environment can identify people at risk of developing exhaustion disorder and requiring long-term sick leave.

TL;DR: The work-focused and generic iCBT interventions proved to be superior compared with the control condition in reducing chronic stress and several other mental health-related symptoms as mentioned in this paper , indicating that treatments that include work aspects may have the potential to accelerate recovery and reduce shortterm sickness absence because of stress-related disorders.
