Spiritualitas adalah faktor protektif dalam proses berduka pada keluarga pasien kronis Bereavement life review adalah salah satu intervensi dalam penguatan spiritual keluarga pasien penyakit kanker Stroke dan kanker adalah penyakit kronis Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh bereavement life review pada kesejahteraan spiritual keluarga pasien stroke Desain penelitian ini adalah quasi-eksperimental dengan pretest posttest control group Sampel yang digunakan adalah salah satu keluarga pasien stroke yang merawat pasien di rumah sakit Sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 28 responden dengan 14 kelompok kontrol dan 14 kelompok intervensi Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan consecutive sampling Kelompok intervensi mendapatkan bereavement life review dengan dua sesi yang dilakukan oleh spesialis keperawatan jiwa Kesejahteraan spiritual diukur menggunakan instrumen SWBS (spiritual well-being scale) Analisis data menggunakan dependent t-test, Mann Whitney dan Wilcoxon Uji homogenitas memerlihatkan tidak satupun karekteristik responden antara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol berbeda secara signifikan (p > 0,05) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan skor rerata postest kesejahteraan spiritual pada kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok intervensi (98,71 ± 3,65 dan 106,5 ± 1,83; p = 0,000) Terdapat perbedaan skor rerata kesejahteraan spiritual pada pretest dengan posttest pada kelompok intervensi (99,07 ± 2,95 dan 106,5 ± 1,83; p = 0,001) Proses bereavement life review merupakan proses peningkatan spiritual melalui proses rekontekstualisasi, memaafkan terhadap diri, dan refleksi yang membentuk penguatan koping sehingga muncul pemaknaan terhadap diri sendiri Dapat disimpulkan bereavement life review berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan spiritual keluarga pasien stroke Bereavement life review dapat digunakan sebagai intervensi perawatan pasien stroke dan keluarga Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah melihat pengaruh bereavement life review untuk penyakit kronis yang lain, seperti diabetes melitus atau kanker Selain itu, indikator psikologis pasien dan keluarga sebagai output intervensi perlu dikaji lebih mendalam Kata kunci: Bereavement life review, keluarga pasien stroke, keperawatan spiritual, kesejahateraan paliatif Influence of Bereavement Life Review on Spiritual Well-Being of Stroke Family Caregiver Abstract Spirituality is a protective factor of grieving process in patient and family with chronic illness Bereavement life review is one of the interventions which is enhancing the spiritual well-being in cancer diseases Cancer and Stroke are chronic diseases The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bereavement life review of the spiritual well-being of stroke family Quasi-experimental with pretest posttest control group used in study Sample in this study are stroke family who caring the stroke patient in hospital which is 28 respondents The intervention group was given bereavement life review with two sessions which given by expert in psychiatric nursing Spiritual well-being was measured by SWBS (spiritual well-being scale) Data analysis were using a dependent t-test, Mann Whitney and Wilcoxon Homogenity of respondent characteristics showed that it have not correlation between control and intervention group (p > 0,05) The study showed the difference in the mean posttest scores of spiritual well-being of the control group with the intervention group (9871 ± 365 and 1065 ± 183, p = 0000) There were differences in the mean scores pretest to posttest spiritual well-being in the intervention group (9907 ± 295 and 1065 ± 183, p = 0001) Bereavement life review is a process of enhancing spirituality through recontextualization, forgiveness, and reflection proccess that strengthening coping process Bereavement life review has positive effect on the spiritual well-being of the stroke family which can be considered as an intervention in the treatment of stroke patients and families Further study know the effect of bereavement life review in other chronic diseases patient, like hypertension or diabetes mellitus Moreover, other psychological outcome for this intervention needs to be explored Keywords: Bereavement life review, palliative care, spiritual well-being, stroke family

Kehidupan di era modern ini telah berdampak negatif dalam tatanan mental manusia, karena gaya kehidupan manusia modern	menimbulkan	kecemasan-kecemasan	dan ketegangan jiwa. Akibat logis dari gaya hidup tersebut, tidak sedikit manusia	mengalami	split	personality, yang berdampak semakin sulitnya manusia	memperoleh ketenangan dan kebahagiaan hidup. Oleh karenanya, terapi gangguan kesehatan mental lebih penting dibandingkan pemenuhan materi dalam mengantisipasi problem manusia, sebab kesucian jiwa akan menimbulkan kejernihan lahir dan batin, yang merupakan problem psikologis. Gangguan kesehatan mental akan mempengaruhi kejiwaan seseorang dan otomatis akan mempengaruhi juga kesehatan fisik seseorang. Jiwa, mental, dan fisik tidak dapat dipisahkan. Penyakit model ini tidak dapat diobati dengan obat kimia, perlu adanya terapi. Model pendekatan alquran untuk terapi dewasa ini menjadi solusi dalam permasalahan kehidupan yang mempengaruhi gangguan kesehatan mental.

Latar Belakang: Stroke menempati peringkat kedua penyebab kematian. Sekitar 21−38%  pasien dengan stroke beresiko menderita afasia. Penderita afasia mengalami gangguan dalam kemampuan bahasa dan verbal dalam memenuhi kegiatan sehari-harinya. Tujuan: Mereview artikel penelitian dengan reading-based therapy pada pasien dengan afasia. Metode: Melakukan pencarian artikel dari PubMed, EBSCO, iMedPub dan TaylorF Afasia; Kemampuan bahasa; Pemahaman membaca; Kognitif ABSTRACT Background: Stroke is in the second rank causes of death. Approximately 21-38% of patients with stroke are at risk of suffering from aphasia. Aphasia patients have trouble in language and verbal ability in fulfilling their daily activities. Aims: To review research articles with reading-based therapy in patients with aphasia. Methods: Searched articles from four electronic databases at PubMed, EBSCO, iMedPub and Taylor & Francis using key terms from January 2013 to December 2017.  Outcome & Results: Of 691 articles were identified, 5 articles were included in this study. Those studies used case study design included four quantitative studies and one qualitative study. Improvement results in language skills, comprehension in reading and cognitive after intervention is given have been shown by each measuring instrument. Conclusions: Reading-based therapy improved speech impairment in aphasia, which included language skills, reading comprehension and cognitive function. The authors believe, the longer duration of this therapy, more significant benefit will be obtained, because there are no side effects from this reading therapy. Reading-Based Therapy in Aphasia: Literature Review

Quran, the greatest miracle of the universe, is a book with profound subtlety inside, immeasurable content, aesthetic appearance and melodious diction. During the centuries from the revelation of such a divine book onto the heart of the last God’s great Apostle (peace be upon him) a great many of the thinkers have pondered over its miraculous nature from various aspects and have considered it from different dimensions of expressive, scientific, lexical, religious law miracles dimensions. And in the meantime it has to be mentioned that there can be put no end to the discovery of the Holy Quran’s miraculous facets. The Quranic phonetics speaks of a melody and rhythmic harmony which exert considerable effects on the absorption of the Quran’s words and phrases semantics. The extraordinariness of the issue, the way that it is out of the reach of the human being, reveals itself when the Quran’s lexicon phonetic and its semantic (phono-semantics) relationships can be compared with the analysis of the sound and frequency of the sound signals with the similar natural sounds. The current study has dealt with the survey of this reality by taking advantage of the specialized frequency analysis software and has managed to record the results in the form of tangible documents. The deductive method accompanied with the spice of creativity in the experiment style has been the fundamental foundation of the current research paper. The author of the current study has attempted to retest the current research project in the framework of medical audiology and artificial intelligence through editing the scientific experiments in order to make use of the results in confirming his claim. What has been concluded from the current research paper is the word and phraseological supernatural phonetic effects on semantics and they can be deemed as the sensual interactional manifestation and as inducing a vast spectrum of meanings and semantic features.

Quran’s phonetic and marvelous semantic effects

Reading therapy is a stimulation effort to improve language function of a patient with motor aphasia. This study aim was to examine the effect of reading therapy using holy Qur’an to the speaking ability and spirituality level of stroke patient with aphasia. This experimental study used nonequivalent control group design with 20 persons as sample, divided to 10 persons as the intervention group and 10 persons in the control group used purposive sampling technique. Measurement of the speaking ability used Frenchay Aphasia Screening Test (FAST) questionnaire and spirituality level used Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy (FACIT) Sp 12 questionnaire. The Result was significant improvement of speaking ability in the intervention group with mean difference was mean±SD (1,60±1,075). Post-experimental difference test showed the difference of improvement of speaking ability between two groups, P=0,034. The spirituality level also significantly improved in the intervention group with mean difference was mean±SD (6,80±3,190). Post experimental difference test showed the improvement of spirituality level in both groups with P=0,005. This therapy can be used as a rehabilitation training activity independently at home to improve the speaking ability also as part of spiritual activity.
