Bio-organic fertilizers improve Dendrocalamus farinosus growth by remolding the soil microbiome and metabolome
TL;DR: In this article , the effects of these bio-organic fertilizers on the soil microbiome and metabolome remain largely unknown, especially in the context of bamboo cultivation, and a regulatory network was constructed to delineated the relationships between bamboo phenotype, soil enzymatic activity, soil differential metabolites, and dominant microbial.
Theranostic Polyaminocarboxylate-Cyanine-Transferrin Conjugate for Anticancer Therapy and Near-Infrared Optical Imaging.
TL;DR: A novel theranostic agent for targeted iron chelation therapy and near‐infrared (NIR) optical imaging of cancers and its potential application for dual use in targetedIron chelation cancer therapy and NIR fluorescence imaging is reported.

TL;DR: The therapeutic conjugate was capable of significantly inhibiting tumor growth, leading to nearly complete disappearance of tumors in the mice, and the novel ligand‐based therapeutic and theranostic conjugates for targeted iron chelation cancer therapy and imaging applications support further evaluation.
Predictive Nature of High-Throughput Assays in ADC Formulation Screening.
TL;DR: In this paper , the biophysical properties of two ADCs in 16 formulation conditions were evaluated using high-throughput techniques and the rank order of the 16 different formulations in the highthroughput assays was compared to the rank-order observed during the stability studies to assess the predictive capabilities of the screening methods.
