Thermo-Mechanical Performance of Polylactide Composites Reinforced with Alkali-Treated Bamboo Fibers
TL;DR: The results highlight that the use of BFs could be a feasible candidate as reinforcements for the development of biodegradable composites.

Effect of Fiber Surface Modification on the Interfacial Adhesion and Thermo-Mechanical Performance of Unidirectional Epoxy-Based Composites Reinforced with Bamboo Fibers
TL;DR: The results demonstrate that the chemical treatment on the fiber surface could improve interface adhesion, as observed from its topography by SEM, and show that the 4% concentration facilitates thermal stability improvement, indicative of superior interfacial bonding.
