Promoted synergy in core-branch CoP@NiFe–OH nanohybrids for efficient electrochemical-/ photovoltage-driven overall water splitting
TL;DR: In this paper, the three dimensional core-branch CoP@NiFe-OH/SPNF nanohybrids supported on surface-phosphatized Ni foam were facilely fabricated as the high-performance bifunctional electrocatalysts for alkaline water electrolysis.

Molybdenum carbide in-situ embedded into carbon nanosheets as efficient bifunctional electrocatalysts for overall water splitting
TL;DR: In this article, a bifunctional pure β-phase molybdenum carbide (β-Mo2C) electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) was proposed.

Influence of interlayer water molecules in Ni-based catalysts for oxygen evolution reaction
TL;DR: In this article, NiFe LDH nanoplates exhibit excellent catalytic performance and durability for water electrolysis in alkaline conditions with lower overpotential and smaller Tafel slope compared to those of NiFeLDHs-AT, which are influenced mainly by stability of crystal structure due to the existence of interlayer water molecules.
