Neural grafts containing exosomes derived from Schwann cell-like cells promote peripheral nerve regeneration in rats
Shusen Chang,Fang Qi,Jiayin Chen,Dali Wang,Chengliang Deng,Kaiyu Nie,Guangchao Xu,Zairong Wei +7 more
TL;DR: In this article , the role of exosomes derived from SCLCs (SCLCs-exo) in peripheral nerve regeneration was investigated in a rat model, and the effects of SCLC exosome derived from human amniotic mesenchymal stem cells (hAMSCs) and SCLCS-exosomes were determined based on the recovery of neurological function and histomorphometric variation.

miR-146a-3p suppressed the differentiation of hAMSCs into Schwann cells via inhibiting the expression of ERBB2.
Wei Chen,Linlin Ji,Zairong Wei,Chenglan Yang,Shusen Chang,Yucheng Zhang,Kaiyu Nie,Lingli Jiang,Yurong Deng +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors explored the phenotype and multipotency of human amniotic mesenchymal stem cells (hAMSCs) which were differentiated into SCLCs, and the expression of nerve repair-related Schwann markers, such as S100 calcium binding protein B (S-100), TNF receptor superfamily member 1B (P75), and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) were observed to be significantly increased.
Outcomes of integrated surgical wound treatment mode based on tibial transverse transport for diabetic foot wound
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the efficacy of integrated surgical wound treatment (ISWT) mode on diabetic foot wound, which combined TTT technique with debridement, induced membrane technique, vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) technique and skin grafting technique.

Parallel Cross-Leg Free Flap with Posterior Tibial Artery Perforator Pedicle Propeller Cable Bridge Flap for the Treatment of Lower Extremity Wounds: A Case Series Report
TL;DR: The method described overcomes the disadvantages of traditional cross-leg flaps for the treatment of lower extremity wounds by combining posterior tibial artery perforator pedicle propeller cable bridge flap and pedicled flap.

Alternative Design for Anterolateral Thigh Multi-Paddled Flaps: The 3-5 System.
TL;DR: The 3–5 system is a simple and practical approach for preoperative ALT multi-paddled flap design and demonstrated that all ALT flap penetration points through the VLM or intermuscular septum and the perforator entry point in the deep fascia were closely related based on 3 longitudinal lines and 5 horizontal lines.
