Artesunate induces apoptosis, autophagy and ferroptosis in diffuse large B cell lymphoma cells by impairing STAT3 signaling.
Yingying Chen,Wang Fujue,Pengqiang Wu,Shuaige Gong,Jie Gao,Huan Tao,Qianqing Shen,Shuoting Wang,Zhencang Zhou,Yongqian Jia +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the cellular and molecular mechanisms responsible for the antineoplastic effects of ART in diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) cells and revealed that ART inhibited proliferation, and induced apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, autophagy and ferroptosis in DLBCL cells.

Aberrant TRPM4 expression in MLL-rearranged acute myeloid leukemia and its blockade induces cell cycle arrest via AKT/GLI1/Cyclin D1 pathway
Fujue Wang,Pengqiang Wu,Shuaige Gong,Yingying Chen,Jie Gao,Shuoting Wang,Qianqing Shen,Huan Tao,Fang Hua,Zhencang Zhou,Zhongqing Zou,Tao Ma,Yongqian Jia +12 more
TL;DR: Transient Receptor Potential Melastatin Subfamily Member 4 is overexpressed in MLL-rearranged AML and blockade of TRPM4 may be an alternative therapeutic approach in AML patients with high TR PM4 expression.

Causes of death and effect of non-cancer-specific death on rates of overall survival in adult classic Hodgkin lymphoma: a populated-based competing risk analysis.
Jie Gao,Yingying Chen,Pengqiang Wu,Fujue Wang,Fujue Wang,Huan Tao,Qianqing Shen,Shuoting Wang,Shuaige Gong,Xue Zhang,Zhencang Zhou,Zhencang Zhou,Xianmin Song,Yongqian Jia +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, a study was conducted to verify the occurrence of non-CSD and its effect on rates of overall survival among adult patients with classic Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL).
Microtransplantation for myeloid sarcoma: Two case reports
TL;DR: In this article , two cases of myeloid sarcoma (MS) were treated by micro transplantation and the disease-free survival was 66 months and 55 months respectively.

The derived neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio and the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio are related to poor prognosis in Hodgkin lymphoma patients.
Qianqing Shen,Jie Gao,Huan Tao,Shuoting Wang,Fujue Wang,Yingying Chen,Xue Zhang,Yongqian Jia +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors evaluated the prognostic value of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (dNLR) and NLR in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) and found that high dNLR represented an independent prognostic marker for OS and high NLR remained an independent predictor for progression-free survival.
