A novel MuSK cell-based myasthenia gravis diagnostic assay.
Jiaojiao Han,Jing Zhang,Mingqiang Li,Yingna Zhang,Jie Lv,Xue Zhao,Shumin Wang,Lulu Wang,Haonan Yang,Sensen Han,Hua Fang,Feng Gao +11 more
TL;DR: An in-house muscle-specific kinase (MuSK) antibody cell-based assay (CBA) is developed and compared its performance with RIA, ELISA, and other CBAs and is more sensitive than commercial ELISA and IFA (indirect immunofluorescence assay).

How to improve the sensitivity and specificity of cell-based assays in detecting autoantibodies in neuroimmune diseases
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors review the establishment of cell-based assays and discuss potential interfering factors in CBA methods on its sensitivity and specificity for the autoantibodies associated with neuroimmune diseases.
Diagnostic value of serum LDH in children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumoniae: A systematic review and meta-analysis
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors investigated the relationship between serum Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (RMPP) in juvenile individuals.
