A new label-free fluorescent sensor for human immunodeficiency virus detection based on exonuclease III-assisted quadratic recycling amplification and DNA-scaffolded silver nanoclusters
TL;DR: The method is able to monitor HIV-DNA in real human serum samples; it holds great potential for early diagnosis in gene-related diseases and is sensitive with the detection limit as low as 35 pM.

Free-labelled fluorescent method for ATP detection assisted by T4 DNA ligase
TL;DR: In this article, a facile, highly selective biosensor was used for ATP quantitative analysis, where two hairpin probes were used as the matrix and NMM was integrated with G-quadruplex to produce strong fluorescence.

Detection of microRNA using enzyme-assisted amplifying and DNA-templated silver nanoclusters signal-off fluorescence bioassay.
TL;DR: A Simple and fast analysis strategy of fluorescence quenching based on DNA-templated silver nanoclusters was developed for detection of miR-122 related to diseases such as human liver and can provide a persuasive reference for the early diagnosis of liver cancer and hepatitis.
