TL;DR: By utilizing the characteristic that grapheme can strengthen the photoinduced electrochemical activity of nano particles, the authors firstly functionlized, and then an electrified polymer was anchored to the surface of graphemes by virtue of the interaction of aromatic organic small molecules with a large pi conjugated structure and the pi-pi of the graphetme, so that the graph was electrified.
