Automatic methods for gas absorption calculation based on correlated k-distribution
TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed two automatic methods for gas absorption calculation based on correlated k-distribution, namely finding point method (FPM) and re-optimized method (ROM), to improve the accuracy and speed of gaseous absorption calculation.

Crustal Stress and Strain Energy Density Rates in South Korea Deduced from GPS Observations
Shuanggen Jin,Pil-Ho Park +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors derived the stress field within the crust of the South Korean peninsula from observed displacement rates based on 4-year continuous GPS observations (2000-2004) and showed that the south Korean peninsula is under both compression and extensional stress regimes with maximum shear stress rate being in the mid part of the study area coinciding with the geologically defined Honam Shear Zone (HSZ).
Significant Wave Height Estimation from CYGNSS Delay-doppler Map Average Observations
Shuanggen Jin,Shuai Yang,Qingyun Yan,Yan Jia +3 more
- 25 Apr 2022
TL;DR: In this article , the power function relationship between the CYGNSS Delay-Doppler Map Average (DDMA) data and significant wave height (SWH) was estimated using the estimated SWH was validated by the ERA-Interim and AVISO data.

Winter Weather Regimes in Southeastern China and its Intraseasonal Variations
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors applied the k-means clustering technique to regional 850-hPa wind fields and found a special evolutionary chain that can be used to explain the cold wave weather process in winter.
