In the analysis of the current status and the principle that should be followed about building electrical energy-saving,this paper introduces some effective methods in the design process of building electrical energy-saving from six aspect-power supply system,reduce the circuit loss,HVAC system in detail.The prospect of the building electrical energy-saving technology is also proposal.

Discussion on building electrical energy-saving design

With the rapid development of the construction industry, people pay more and more attention to the huge energy consumption of buildings. To promote energy-saving design is the only way to improve the present situation. The electric lighting accounts for 15% ~25% of the total consumption of buildings, which directly affect the effect of energy saving. Therefore, to promote energy-saving design of the electric lighting, such as using natural light, using efficient energy-saving light source, using reasonable lighting system, using efficient lighting control system decreasing the invalid energy consumption of the electric lighting system itself and so on is really the key to decrease the energy consumption level of buildings.

Design of Building Electric Energy Saving

An energy and carbon management system is designed and developed based on IoT architecture to meet the energy and carbon management needs of high voltage substation. Through the energy carbon data collection terminal and edge computing gateway, multi-dimensional operational parameters are collected from high-voltage substation energy consumption equipment, and the data are sent to the energy carbon management system through local wired/wireless communication network. The energy and carbon management application software realizes real-time online monitoring, early warning and system energy efficiency evaluation of the energy used in high-voltage substations. The engineering practice proves that the system can effectively realize online monitoring and evaluation of the energy consumption carbon operation indexes of high-voltage substation, timely find out the problems in operation, and provide a decision-making basis for energy saving and consumption reduction in power operation and inspection departments.
